Discounts

Local, state and federal government employees of Ontario receive a 50% discount off their full or single day (Monday–Wednesday) meeting registration. The discount does NOT apply for people working in academia, business or out-of-state government. To receive the discount, please contact Terresa Murdoch.

How do I add items such as Professional Training Courses or networking events to my existing registration?

Visit the SETAC Store online and make sure you are logged in to your account. There, simply select the items you’d like to add, and then check out. For further questions, please contact Terresa Murdoch.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be received in writing by email to Terresa Murdoch at Terresa.Murdoch@setac.org. If you cancel your registration by 10 October 2019, you will receive a full refund less a US $50 processing fee. Cancellations made after 10 October 2019 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. After 2 November 2019, no cancellation or refund requests will be considered. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.

All refunds will be made after the meeting.
